09 Disclaimers

Our programmes are provided for general educational and informational purposes. We do not make any representations about specific outcomes, employment results or skill acquisition timelines.

  • Content is provided "as is" and reflects the instructors' knowledge at the time of creation. The field of AI development evolves rapidly; some material may become dated over time.
  • Nothing in our programmes constitutes professional advice in any regulated field including, without limitation, financial, legal or medical advice.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on knowledge or skills developed through our programmes.
  • Third-party tools, frameworks or platforms referenced or used in programme exercises are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
